Automating the process of development of individual training programs for optimal development readiness of the future experts to professional work in complex information environment

The article grounds of the problem between society's need for specialists who are able to operate in complex information conditions, and unrealized potential of domestic military schools in the training of such specialists. This article describes a software product created to automate the development of individual training programs optimal readiness of the future development of the navigator to professional work in a complex information environment. Functionality of the software implemented based on personal qualities and entry-level training navigator, as well as the adequacy of the level simulator. Software is able to calculate the required number of training sessions for optimal preparation level of navigator to perform professional tasks in conditions of negative information influences with the use of training systems, depending on the initial level of their knowledge and skills on the adequacy of training systems operated equipment; calculation of the total relative value of individual training programs training navigator in the specified time and other. Introduction of the developed software product in the organization of educational process will allow to improve the quality of training of the navigators.
