Automation of management processes of educational and methodical activities of a university

The article discusses the features of the organization of educational and methodological activities of an educational institution of higher education (university) and the possibility of introducing an automated system for creating work programs for academic disciplines. It has been revealed that universities are experiencing steady trends towards an increase in the number of educational and methodological materials due to an increase in the variety of educational programs available to applicants. The specifics of the functioning of the centralized methodological department of the university are highlighted; the most common software products that allow for the digital transformation of educational and methodological work are analyzed; the use of the «RPD» program is justified; the stages of the process of development, examination and formation of educational and methodological materials were designed, taking into account the centralization of this activity in a separate institution of higher education.
