In this article, the author considers one of the urgent problems of the fish processing industry - automation of technological equipment. The distinctive features of the use of automated technological equipment, both in the production of fish products and in ensuring the necessary quality control of manufactured products, are revealed. In conclusion, the author determined that automated and robotic systems occupy an important place in the fish processing industry, since the main purpose of their implementation is to increase the efficiency of the production process.
