Copyright of publication of materials as a many-sided problem

The article is directed at an actual and many-sided problem with which an extensive layer of all the culture of mankind is connected, both in time of the existence, and in space of science and art, in general, where there is an object of copyright as such. Copyright as a subject is considered from various points of view. Interstate dialogue as the international conventions on copyright, as well as personal space of the author who is engaged in scientific activity, is followed by the publication of materials in articles, monographs, and other information resources.
