Azerbaijani civil society and legal consciousness: socio-philosophical analysis

The article analyzes the relationship between Azerbaijani civil society and legal consciousness from the socio-philosophical point of view. In order to further develop the State, it is necessary to create the prerequisites in the political, legal and cultural spheres of society. In the work such a phenomenon as public legal consciousness in the country in question is analyzed. The importance of public legal consciousness for the development of Azerbaijan seems to be significant. Building a democratic society, based on a developed civil society, is one of the relevant goals for modern Azerbaijan. In fact, it is about the worldview, the ideological basis of the formation of civil society and the new national statehood. In this regard, the formation of a democratic legal consciousness, characterized by high morality, humanism and justice, is interpreted as a condition and goal of forming a civil society. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to develop and expand the legal framework and improve the ideological system.
