The balance of trends of activity managers: factor-analytical research of resources of innovation leadership

On the basis of innovative leadership research of managers discuss the problem of the balance of the two activity trends of managers in the levels of intra- and interindividny study of activity subjects, - the balance of innovation and stabilizing activity. Submitted by factor-analytic research of two trends in activity as a result of psychological diagnosis of resources of creativity, motivation, leadership of Innovative Leadership of 375 managers of industrial enterprises. It analyzed the specifics of the factor structure of innovative leadership in terms of the content of each of the two activity trends of managers.
