Bankruptcy of individuals

In the article, the author was able to see all the existing and possible problems in the implementation of the bankruptcy procedure of individuals. Ways of solving problems are proposed. The article notes that in the conditions of the economic crisis in Russia, the topic of bankruptcy of individuals becomes the most relevant. There are various gaps in the norms of legislation regulating the new sphere of relations. The article notes that there has been an increase in applications for bankruptcy of individuals, because in addition to increased prices for basic products and goods, rising rates on loans and mortgages, many citizens' wages have remained at the same level, and many individual entrepreneurs have lost the previous level of revenue due to a decrease in the range of imported goods, as well as price increases.
