Bankruptcy of a developer: issues of public legal regulation

The article deals with the issues of public legal regulation of the developer's bankruptcy. Problematic issues of interpretation and application of Russian legislation on bankruptcy of developers are studied. Proposals for improving the mechanism of legal regulation of relations arising from the bankruptcy of developers are substantiated.
