Informative competence as a base constituent of professional competence

The problem of forming key professional qualities is discussed. Because a professional competence develops during educating in institution of higher learning, and also during all life, it is needed to spare most attention development of informative competence – to the base constituent of professional competence for teachers. During the study of the special disciplines an informative competence develops along with informative literacy. Students must spare more attention for forming of informative competence.
