Basic principles of training future teachers and psychologists to design a safe and comfortable environment in a general education organization

Improving the quality of higher education is an important condition for educating future professionals. Actual social problems should be supported in order to train future educational psychologists for their future professional activity. Designing a safe and comfortable environment in a general education organization is an important task for a teacher-psychologist in modern conditions. We have highlighted basic principles in order to build such training in the most constructive way. These principles are related to thecreation of a situation of developing discomfort, orientation towards the reflation of students’ emotional experiences, and the development of their ability to integrate pedagogical and psychological knowledge. The principle of orientation towards constructive interaction with the teachers’ staff, mastering modern tools of prevention of aggressive and illegal behavior of students and motivation to use constructive educational efforts of students’ parents were also highlighted.
