The paper discusses the concept of lean manufacturing 4.0. The main aspects of digitalization creating new opportunities for improving the quality of goods and services based on their integration into the concept of lean production are highlighted. The results of quantitative and qualitative research in the field of integration of lean production tools and digital technologies have been studied, the success factors of lean production that are most susceptible to optimization as a result of the use of digital technologies have been studied and characterized, key digital technologies that contribute to the improvement of processes within the framework of the concept of lean production have been identified, the possibility of application of industry 4.0 technologies in improving the quality of products and services is proved.
