Security and education as a historical and anthropological problem

The article considers the binary link “safety and education of a person” as a historical and anthropological problem. Based on the appeal to the phenomenon of “paideia” in ancient culture, through the work of V. Yeager and I. Ado, the substantial connection of ideas about the norm is highlighted. Referring to the work of M. Foucault allows us to explore the genealogy of the disciplinary and regulatory mechanism in European culture. The development of M. Foucault's ideas in the project “History of private life” raises the problem of the dialectical distinction between the private and the General, projected on the education of a person of the XXI century.
