Unemployment of university teachers as a situation of personality crisis

The article deals with psychological problems of the impending unemployment of the university teachers. It analyzes psychological states of a person, who faces critical situation. The author distinguishes objective and subjective factors of the critical situation, considers types of the human reaction and dynamics of the unemployment stress development. Recommendations on efficient overcoming of the personality crisis are also given.
