In article existing and offered models of effective activity of agricultural credit co-operative society are considered. The expediency of distribution of expenses on conditional-constant and conditionally-variables which allows to calculate the minimum income of the organisation as the relation of product of conditional-constant expenses and absolute average value of the received credits to a total sum of the involved means is shown.
