Bifunctionality as a fundamental principle of music education of children in modern conditions

In article the historical way of development of system of primary music education and the basic principles of bifunctional approach to musical development of the child at piano lessons in the conditions of institutions of system of additional education reveals. Bifunctional approach is treated as a necessary pedagogical condition for reduction of the most difficult structure of children’s music schools in compliance with their original two-uniform appointment in society: education of highly skilled professional musicians, and also formation in the society of an occupation layer of educated fans of music. The author gives the characteristic to two educational programs which are recently formulated in new legislative documents, -preprofessional and all-developing, does their comparative analysis. In article need of implementation of both programs on the basis of a uniform basic academic methodical complex is emphasized.
