Bioamines status at bronchial asthma at children of early and preschool age, living in conditions of large industrial city

During last years interest to biogenic amines and to specification of their role in pathogenetic mechanisms of inflammation at allergic diseases of respiratory system comes back. In work the data about condition of bioamines status is presented at a bronchial asthma at children till 7 years. 98 children (68 with bronchial asthma and 30 healthy) are surveyed. It is shown that change of level and mutual relation of biogenic amines correlates not only with the period, but also with illness severity level. Biogenic amines can be used as sensitive biochemical markers of expressiveness and duration of inflammatory process at bronchial asthma at children that will help to pick up adequate therapy and to supervise its efficiency.
