In this work data on studying of eradication properties of a new disinfectant preparation are reflected, as a result of the carried-out researches is established that the new preparation possesses eradication action concerning an Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus at influence of low concentration and a small exposition. On the basis of data received at carrying out transmission electronic microscopy it is established that concerning an Escherichia coli the segregation of cytoplasm of a bacterial cage was observed, its central zone looked optically empty, fragments of covers and a in the form of flakes material that was a consequence of prevalence of process full destruction bacterial cages were defined only. The pernicious effect on Staphylococcus aureus after use of a new disinfectant preparation was accompanied: a destruction cellular wall and education vacuoles in cytoplasm of bacterial cages these degenerate changes brought to further destruction Staphylococcus aureus. As a result of the carried-out researches it is possible to draw a conclusion, that the new disinfectant preparation has destructive effect on a cellular wall and cytoplasm of bacteria.
