Prediction of the outcome of thrombolytic therapy in ischemic stroke is associated with the need to develop criteria for its effectiveness. Biomarkers of an unfavorable prognosis during thrombolytic therapy have been established: an increase in the level of fibrinogen and matrix metalloproteinase, a change in the level of an inhibitor of plasminogen activator type 1.
