The content of free amino acids of a histidine, phenylalanine in the main plant sources of propolis of temperate climate zone is investigated. Biochemical features of plant resins compounds in buds, leaves and petiole a black poplar, a aspen and silver birches are established. Researches are directed on search of plant-geographical markers of propolis and studying of factors of formation of its biologically active properties.
