In the study the effect of antitumor drug vincris-tine on clinical status and biochemical indices of blood (the activity of ALT, AF, ALP and bilirubin), describing the condition of the liver in dogs with venereal sarcoma was examined. Characteristic clinical signs of the disease were spotting of genital organs and multiple tumors of different sizes on external genitals of dogs. The application of vincris-tine as monotherapy in venereal sarcoma did not have the influence on the general condition of the animals: in dogs appetite and need for water re-mained, the fatness did not decrease. Mucous membranes in animals were pale pink in color, be-cause of the hemorrhage from tumor tissue, pro-nounced icterus was not revealed. At palpation the liver was not enlarged, elastic consistence, pain-less. Feces, the frequency of defecation remained, feces color was brown. By laboratory study steatorrhea was not revealed. At ultrasonografic research the liver was not increased, fine-grained, hypoechoic, vascular drawing was not changed. Using vincristin at venereal sarcoma in dogs had expressed therapeutic effect and did not cause re-liable cytolytic enzymes activity of serum - ALT, AST, as well as markers of cholestasis - the level of AF and bilirubin.
