In this paper we present data on the estimation of biochemical parameters of urine and feces in cattle with clinical signs of disease of the distal extremities of both successful and troubled by necrobacillosis farm. It has been found that one of the important predisposing factors for diseases of limbs in animals is abnormality of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
