The content of free amino acids (histidine, phenylalanine, Leucine, arginine) and water-soluble vitamins (Ascorbic acid, Nicotinic Acid, Pyridoxine) in the nectar of melliferous plants of Perm region and temperate natural area was investigated. The characteristics of chemical composition of nectar of melliferous plants, depending on their species is found. A correlation of biochemical composition of nectar and the botanical origin of honey is found.
