We presented the results of the secondary screening of 43 promising strains-antagonists from the collection of the laboratory of biological methods of V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil to a pathogen Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. emend. Shyd. et Hans. var. orthoceras (App. et Wn.) Bilai in vitro affecting oil flax. We selected 20 promising strains-producers of microbiopreparations that had biologival efficiency exceeding 70.0%. maximal efficiency was stated for three fungal strains: I-3 Basidiomycetes (94.1%), Pv-3 Penicillium verrucosum and T-1 Trichoderma sp. (88,2 %); four bacterial strains of Bacillus genus: B-2 B. circulans (94.1%), B-4 B. circulans (88.2%), 5-3 Bacillus sp. и B (2-1) B. licheniformis (82.4%), and for two strains of Pseudomonas bacteria: Sgc-1 and 16-2 Pseudomonas sp. (70.6%).
