The importance of biological rhythms in the management of key physiological processes and their impact on sports results are well studied. Chronobiology is studying the mechanisms of biological rhythms and the consequences of their abnormalities. Athletes face the problems of desynchronization of their circadian rhythm, which reduces their performance and efficiency from training. Thus, the correction of biological clock requires some recommendations both in the training process and in the behavioral approach of the athlete to his activities. This article focuses on some research on factors affecting biological rhythms, recommendations for better athletic performance, and approaches to restoring athletes in the resynchronization phase.
