The aim of the study was to determine the features of chemical elements migration through the links of the system “soil-feed-animal-production” in the selenium-deficient region with a low degree of technogenic and anthropogenic load. The analysis of the obtained data shows that high cumulative properties with respect to zinc and copper compounds were possessed by succulent forages, where the biological accumulation coefficient was 1.7 and 2.28 units, respectively. High cumulative properties of zinc and selenium were manifested in milk of cows, where the biological accumulation coefficients were 2.03 and 5.5 units, respectively. High cumulative properties of selenium in succulent fodders and cow milk open the prospect for the development of technology for obtaining functional products of crop and livestock farming in terms of selenium content, which is relevant in the regions of selenium deficiency.
