Welfare and family values: constructing a model of a prosperous Kazakhstani family (on the example of the newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya pravda”)

The article considers the specificity of the concept of family and welfare and their influence on the construction of the model of a prosperous Kazakhstani family and welfare of the entire Kazakhstani society. It is emphasized that the welfare of the Kazakhstani family is inextricably linked to the process of internalization of values as the construction of the meaning matrix of society. In order to reveal the peculiarities of the impact of the mass media on the reproduction of generally significant perceptions of Kazakhstani people about family welfare, the author conducted a content analysis of the newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda”, which allowed to select some of the most meaningful publications in the newspaper read by ordinary citizens The analysis of the newspaper showed that the formation of attitudes towards family welfare depends on the constructs by which these categories are labeled in official rhetoric. As a result of the study, it was concluded that well-being and family values are the most important indicator of the well-being of the objectively existing social environment, family and society.
