Charitable Society for the Dissemination of Education and Technical Information Among the Highlanders of the Tersk Region in the History of the North Caucasus of the Late XIX - Early XX Century

The article deals with the contribution of the charitable society for the enlightenment of the highlanders of the Tersk region of the North Caucasus in the late XIX - early XX centuries. The basic directions of activity are analyzed, on the basis of reports of the board of different years, the characteristic of methods and forms of work of society is given.
