Painful syndrome in humeroscapular region at Kuzbass miners: nosological forms, diagnostics, treatment

Complex diagnostics of 132 patients with painful syndrome in humeroscapular region is carried out. Use of differential-diagnostic clinical ways of ray diagnostics modern methods has allowed to allocate a number pathogenetic differing nosological forms. The differentiated approach to therapy taking into account the anatomic-pathogenetic variants of disease allows to reduce terms of treatment and frequency of residual phenomena and relapses.
