Prenuptial agreement in the regulation of property relations of spouses in the Russian Federation

In the article, the authors conduct a study of the legal features of the marriage contract and identify problems in its implementation. It has been established that one of the important problems is the rejection of this institution by our society. The authors also identified other important problems, such as infringement of the property rights of one of the spouses, as well as violation of the rights of third parties by such an agreement and other problems. It was concluded that the institution of the marriage contract was further improved.
