Bullying in school environment: research experience of psychological peculiarities of offenders and victims

The article describes the phenomena of bullying in teenage years, identifies its basic forms, signs and causes. The results of the empirical research of the problem of bullying in schools are given. Besides, the most obvious threats, risks and forms of violence in teenage environment are revealed. The article presents and discusses the individual characteristics of personality, the features of temperament of victims and their offenders, their dominant strategies of behavior in conflict resolution. It also substantiates the necessity in practical elaboration for teachers and educational psychologists to prevent and correct bullying and violence.
