Feasibility of developing an integrated system for ensuring the life safety of the population in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the functioning of an integrated safety system for the life of the population in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The functioning of the system in the Vologda and Volgograd regions is being considered. The proposals of the federal network operator in the field of navigation activities for the implementation of an integrated safety system for the life of the population in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are presented.
