The article reveals the urgent importance of values, forms of existence, their hierarchy. Values express the connection between social and cultural, universal. Values, in contrast to the assessment, determine the individual’s place in the world, the purpose and meaning of life, his behavior. Values can be recognized only positively significant and meaningful ideal systems.
