The value-motivational sphere of higher school students (by case study of students of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia))

The article considers changes in the value-motivational sphere of university students in the context of reforming of the higher education system. The authors discuss the features of the value system of modern students, including gender differences. The research describes the factors affecting motivation to choose a certain occupation and contributing to the formation of high-quality contingent of students.
