Needs and values of realm of the student in educational group

This article describes the value and need realm of the individual and the student group as a factor in educational performance. The study of the relation of needs and values of students with different learning groups sociometric structure (on the basis of the existence and functioning microgroups). Found greater similarity space values than the space needs, both at the level of the individual and the group as a whole. Graphically presented the structure of the aggregate of personal and group values and needs of the group-level and micro groups.
