Value and vocational orientations as a key feature of social and professional skills for the purposes of formation of new paradigm in education are determined. The need for the effective means for development of these qualications is shown. The list of nine key employees’ over-professional (social and professional skills) competences is presented. The use of professional development monitoring to detect the level of expression of these characteristics, as well as the use of a special program for their formation and development is recommended.These materials may be helpful for psychological practice in professional counseling, individual counseling, vocational training, as well as for formation of metaprofessional qualities of representatives of worker occupations
