Value-semantic support of innovative transformations at enterprises

The article proposes a new sociological interpretation of the process of innovative transformations at enterprises, including the concept of innovation, innovative activity and innovative management, value-semantic support of innovative transformations. The social risks of innovative transformations are considered, including qualification imbalance, delayed adaptation, resistance of employees to innovations, etc. Based on the conducted theoretical and empirical study, contradictions in the structure of value-motivational meanings of employees' activities are recorded, contributing to the strengthening of social risks of innovative transformations. The author proposes a new scientific interpretation of the process of managing innovative transformations at enterprises based on the introduction of a mechanism of value-semantic support of innovative transformations, which involves the transition from discrete management to constantly renewable support of innovative activity.
