The values as a component of humanitarian competency of future service specialists

The author attempts to reveal methodological bases of forming of humanitarian competency at service institution, that considers as a result of graduate student's education. The current importance of this problem is determined by the processes of humanization and humanitarization of higher professional education, by dynamic development of the sphere of service in Russia and by model definition of the graduating student of service institution.
