Value Meanings of Spiritual Culture as the basis for Cultural Practices

Introduction. The aim is to comprehend the philosophical foundations of spiritual culture, to clarify its status in the context of understanding culture as a whole, to reveal the dialectics of its value meanings. Materials, Results and Discussion. The meanings of spiritual culture in the basis of cultural practices constitute a fundamental philosophical theoretical question, which implies a reference to theoretical developments on ontology and anthropology of culture. However, the actualization of tasks of spiritual education and education in the domestic culture does not allow us to remain exclusively in the sphere of theoretical discourse, so theoretical clarifications are aimed at constructing educational practices, appropriate to the subject under consideration — spiritual culture. Conclusions. Comprehension and identification of philosophical bases of spiritual culture in cultural practices is a response to the challenge of time, requiring recourse to the spiritual experience of domestic culture in its theoretical and pragmatic aspects in elucidating the philosophical bases of this experience, for its preservation, transmission, elaboration in the development of a medium- and long-term strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation up to 2036, with a perspective until 2040.
