Centralized notary archives: development prospects

The article analyzes the draft law proposed by the Government of the Russian Federation, which provides for the introduction of a new institute of centralized notary archives. The positive and negative aspects of the introduction of such archives are given and analyzed; the practice of foreign countries in this matter is given as an example. It is concluded that there are great perspectives for the development of centralized archives in Russia, their relevance and usefulness for the people and the notary.
