The problem of inflammatory diseases in gynecology is one of leading since it is connected with a problem of deterioration the reproductive health and quality of life of women. Overdue recognition of disease conducts to adverse consequences – to untimely treatment and to loss of organs as a result of surgical treatment. In the presence of destructive changes in uterus appendages there is an interest in definition of depth of purulent-destructive process of a uterus, its appendages, and also adjoining organs – intestines, bladder, ureters that defines further treatment tactics. At treatment of the complicated forms of inflammatory diseases of uterus appendages various methods are applied. Surgical methods have leading value.
