The article presents the study of frequency intervertebral hernias. Herniated disc is a serious complication of osteochondrosis of intervertebral discs and often causes lumbar pain. With the intervertebral hernia, the pulposal nucleus of the intervertebral disc is displaced with a rupture of the fibrous ring. Large hernias can squeeze located near arterial and venous vessels, leading to a disruption of the functions of the spine.
