Human capital assets as a key determinant in administration of managerial decisions in service businesses

The article deals with directions for the prospective development of the process of managerial decisions administration in service businesses in the context of new social needs, dynamic changes of environment and system of values in modern society. We have analyzed and generalized the machinery for effective decision-making in service organizations, revealed the features of human capital formation in a service economy, emphasized the trends and prospects of the Russian market of services. Administration of managerial decisions in service businesses includes the methodology and technology of decision making procedure; the psychological aspects of managerial decisions. It is proposed to assess the socioeconomic consequences of managerial decisions by means of innovative administrative tools: “BSC”, “EFQM”, “САРАМА” models.
