In this article the principles of post-nonclassical methodology focusing on studying of the person and a condition of his life are investigated. These principles also allow interpreting the society as an antroposotsiyetalny system which exists thanks to interactions of people,their sociocultural exchange and which is capable to change dynamically in reply to different threats and risks. Traced the genesis of anthropologically - founded “possessive concept” and its further development, due to the transition from exclusion to inclusion individuality. Special part of article deals with the essence of the modern era of anthropocentrism. Author proves the dominant model of development of modern society, focusing on the main mission of the human capital in the modernization process.
