Read the child with disabilities in the context of development of information technologies

The article is devoted to the use of information technologies in the manual reading of the child with disabilities. This article discusses the experience of children's libraries, working with special readers. Considerable attention is paid to the possibilities of the Internet. The article pays special attention to the problems associated with the restructuring of the activity of the national children's libraries, caused by accelerated Informatization of the Russian society in the beginning of the new Millennium. The use of information technology in the manual reading of a special child is considered in the context of various aspects of social and cultural rehabilitation of importance for the formation of book culture of the younger generation, to overcome the child with disabilities complex social inferiority. In addition to the theoretical aspects of integration of information technologies in management of the child with reading disabilities, the article discusses the practical teaching experience of children's libraries of our country.
