Digital ethics as a basis for establishing an effective and safe communication environment for distance learning (based on an expert survey)

The article considers the problems of digital ethics in the context of distance learning implementation, and attempts to find ways to address them. For this purpose, a sociological study was conducted using the method of expert interviews. While analyzing the data obtained, the author classified the groups of identified problems concerning the ethics of communication of the main participants in the educational process during distance learning. Further on several recommendations aimed at solving the identified problems involving the development of effective learning and modernization of socialization processes both at school and in the family are proposed. The outlined directions for improving digital communication for educational purposes can be used as a basis for creating an effective and safe distance learning environment, and serve as a foundation for further research on this topic.
