Digital transformation of the management of state and municipal services in the social sphere (based on materials from the Krasnoyarsk territory)

The purpose of the study is to assess the level of digital transformation of public administration in the social sphere of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Methodological problems related to both the definition of state and municipal services and the characteristics of their volume and quality are identified. The analysis of the level of digital transformation of educational services in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is carried out, the interrelationships of the tasks of federal and regional projects are determined. Conclusions are drawn about new challenges in the field of education related to the provision of technological support of the educational process with monitoring functionality.
