Digital transformation of control over federal property: analysis of the transition to a new inspection system

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the reform of the system of control over the use of federal property associated with the cancellation of RF Government Resolution No. 598 and the introduction of Resolution N 302. The main focus is on the transition to a digital format of interaction between Rosimushchestvo and copyright holders through the "Inspections" Module on the Interdepartmental Portal. Based on practical experience in operating the system since the second quarter of 2024, the key innovations, achieved results and identified systemic problems are considered. The article analyzes the technical, organizational and regulatory difficulties faced by both inspection bodies and property users, and suggests ways to further improve the digital platform and legal framework.
