Цель научной статьи - анализ процессов инновационной трансформации технологий управления банковским персоналом в условиях глобальной цифровизации всех секторов экономики. Обсуждение. Проведён системный анализ основных рыночных направлений инновационной перестройки деятельности служб по управлению банковским персоналом в условиях адаптации бизнес-моделей коммерческих банков к процессам цифрового обновления финансовой сферы, в том числе банковского сектора. Также, оценены новые возможности по оптимизации действующих технологий управления персоналом с помощью внедрения методов искусственного интеллекта, инструментов дополненной и виртуальной реальностей, обозначены потенциальные возможности автоматизации рутинных процессов в деятельности служб по управлению кадрами на предприятии.

Digital transformation of bank HR-management technologies
The purpose of the research article is to analyze the processes of innovative transformation of bank personnel management technologies in the conditions of global digitalization of all sectors of the economy. Discussion. A systematic analysis of the main market directions of innovative restructuring of the activities of banking personnel management services in the conditions of adaptation of current models of banking business management to the processes of digital renewal of the financial sphere, including the banking sector, has been carried out. Also the estimation of new opportunities for optimization of current technologies of personnel management with the help of introduction of methods of artificial intelligence, tools of augmented and virtual realities, and also potential opportunities of automation of routine processes in activity of services on personnel management at the enterprise are designated.
