Digitalization of advocacy

The article reveals the importance of information technologies for optimizing the functioning of all spheres of society, including political and legal. The normative legal acts regulating the process of creation, implementation and use of digital tools in the practice of government authorities, as well as in the law enforcement system, including, among other subjects, the Institute of advocacy, are systematized. Examples of electronic resources, information systems used by lawyers in the process of providing legal assistance are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of informatization of the Institute of advocacy are highlighted in the context of existing priorities in terms of comprehensive protection of the rights and freedoms of principals, as well as ensuring access to justice. Possible measures relevant to solving problems arising in the context of digitalization of advocacy in modern conditions are given.
