Digitalization of attestation of pedagogical workers

The article describes the features and advantages of the methodology “Automated personality-oriented interactive independent certification - ALINA“. The procedure for working with ALINA is also shown. The methodology has digital, software support, which assumes the possibility of assessing various categories (groups) of teaching staff, including heads of educational organizations or their structural units. The technique can be implemented in operator mode, and then the organization’s management has a sufficient and necessary amount of information about the expert community and about each expert. The technique can be used in the expert mode, which, after identification procedures and assigning tasks to it, can work in an interactive format. The method is economical, that is, it reduces the assessment time for a particular person being certified to 7-10 minutes.
